Balance is key!

⚖️   Balance -  You Must Maintain Balance – (Study, Work, Family, Sleep, Exercise)

🚴🏽‍♀️  Exercise - EVERYDAY – (Walk, Run, Swim, Bike, Hit Golf Balls, Yoga, etc.)

  • Exercise –> produces “feel good” neurotransmitter - endorphins in the brain that act as natural painkillers. It also improves the ability to sleep, which in turn reduces stress. 

  • Try to Exercise after 2/3 pm –> it gives you a kick of energy when you start to feel that late afternoon fatigue. 

🍎  Eat Well

🍷  Limit Alcohol

☕️  Limit Caffeine 

☀️  Get some Sun and Fresh Air

🧘🏽‍♂️  Breathe! This too, shall pass.
